About The Position

The Machine Operator works in a manufacturing environment, operating production equipment to make construction reinforcement products. The role includes operating a control station and header cart, ensuring machinery is clean and in good working order, checking production materials and wire reinforcements for quality, supplying machine components, meeting production targets, and performing basic troubleshooting on production and concrete-batching machinery. Requirements

• At least 1 year of industry experience.
• English language proficiency.
• Computer knowledge and skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the control station and header cart.
• Keep the machine clean and in good working order.
• Ensure the quality of materials used in production, including concrete and wire reinforcement.
• Inspect wire cages and reinforcements.
• Supply the machine with the components needed to make the product.
• Meet production schedule targets.
• Produce quality products.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on production and concrete-batching machinery.
