About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator for our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This is not an entry-level machine operator position. Applicants should be comfortable monitoring equipment, making adjustments, performing quality checks, troubleshooting basic operating issues, and working safely in a production environment.
Requirements
- Previous machine operating experience is REQUIRED
- Hands-on experience setting up and/or operating equipment such as wire drawing machines, winders, respoolers, bunchers, or similar continuous-feed manufacturing equipment
- Comfortable monitoring equipment, making adjustments, performing quality checks, troubleshooting basic operating issues, and working safely in a production environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in wire, copper, or other metal manufacturing
- Relevant plastics manufacturing experience
