About The Position

The Machine Operator performs routine production functions under general supervision, including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting. The role follows standard operating procedures and routine practices, making decisions as required by position needs. The operator maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 9000 requirements and works effectively with a team to support shared goals and objectives.

This is a 12-month position in Mebane, North Carolina, on the second shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The pay rate is $21 per hour. Interviews are conducted in person.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of previous machine operator experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and the Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
