About The Position

The Machine Operator safely handles and transports products within the warehouse. The role uses scanning equipment and warehouse material-handling equipment to locate, pick, bin, cycle, and move products. The position requires accurate processing, safe handling practices, tracking daily progress, and reporting discrepancies or potential roadblocks to a supervisor. The work location is Cedar Park, TX 78613. The hiring process includes an Interview Day; the stated interview location is Round Rock.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year of warehouse experience.
• Positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to work in high places.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull required weights.
• Ability to work night, weekend, and/or early-morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Machine operations experience preferred.
• Experience operating a picker, tow-tractor, pole lift, squeeze, or pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Operate scanning equipment to locate, pick, bin, and cycle product.
• Handle product safely and observe material-handling safety practices.
• Locate and return goods to stock, and place received and transferred products in appropriate areas.
• Prepare driver load exception reports and ensure products have been picked and binned for accountable processes.
• Track daily progress and promptly report discrepancies, errors, or potential roadblocks to a supervisor.
