About The Position
As a Machine Operator at Envalior, you will operate production equipment according to established processing, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures. You will troubleshoot processing problems to help ensure quality products and contribute to efficient production.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic operations involving decimals and fractions.
- Ability to comprehend common vocabulary, technical vocabulary, complex verbal concepts, and complex written meaning.
- Ability to recognize specific symbols.
- Ability to read calibrated scales, apply rules to symbolic systems, generate and apply rules systematically, and use short-term memory.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment according to established processing, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
- Plan workflow for efficient equipment operations.
- Perform on-line process quality testing.
- Assist Maintenance in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Work with personnel in other departments as needed to resolve operating issues or improve process quality and efficiency.
- Comply with production-related Quality Manual Procedures and systems through classroom and on-the-job training, including passing required tests.
- Perform other duties as required.
