Responsibilities

Produces machined parts by operating robotic machines.
Maintains quality and safety standards, keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Verifies settings by measuring positions, first run part, and sample work pieces.
Monitors & reports production activity within the assigned manufacturing departments to achieve a level of daily throughput.
Verifies conformance of production parts to specifications.
Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
Responds to process and equipment deficiencies to maintain scrap levels at or above standard.
Identifies and reports problems with machinery, tooling, and processes.
Maintains a clean and safe working environment in all production areas.
Performs other duties as assigned.
