Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

About The Position

MCD is hiring a mechanically inclined Machine Operator for its second shift team. The role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting production equipment; following job instructions and quality standards; inspecting finished products and adjusting machines; maintaining production records and a safe, organized work area; and collaborating with the team to meet production goals. Previous printing or manufacturing experience is not required. MCD provides paid, hands-on training with experienced team members through a three-step training program that offers opportunities for wage increases. Initial training takes place on first shift for approximately 1–3 months before moving to second shift. A $0.75-per-hour shift differential applies during training as well as the regular second shift.
