About The Position

ITW Deltar Fasteners, part of ITW, manufactures plastic fasteners for major OEMs and their tier suppliers. The Machine Operator reports to the Manufacturing Cell Leader/Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining production and quality demands. The role operates on a 12-hour night shift and involves operating injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, inspecting products, and labeling and packaging products according to work instructions and customer requirements. The work may involve walking, standing, squatting, and climbing ladders. Other tasks and duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
Ability to read and understand written procedures and instructions.
Solid work record.
Attention to detail and good visual skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
