About The Position

Leggett & Platt is hiring a Machine Operator for its Bedding business. The role sets up, operates, maintains, and cleans production equipment, including coilers and assemblers, to produce comfort core coils according to quantity and quality specifications. The operator identifies and stops further processing of non-conformances involving products, processes, or the quality system. A company-issued forklift license is required. The hours are 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass the company-given forklift test.
• Must have a forklift license issued by the company.

• Previous factory experience.
