About The Position

ITW Deltar Fasteners is part of ITW, a global multi-industrial manufacturing company. The division serves major OEMs and their tier suppliers with plastic fasteners and operates manufacturing facilities in Frankfort, Illinois, and Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, with commercial sales and engineering in Troy, Michigan. The Machine Operator reports to the Manufacturing Cell Leader/Supervisor and helps maintain production and quality demands. The role operates 14–15 injection molding machines in a production cell during a 12-hour night shift, operates auxiliary equipment, inspects products, and labels and packages products according to work instructions and customer requirements. Other assigned duties may include climbing ladders. The position requires frequent walking, standing, and squatting, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds. Candidates should be able to understand written procedures, work independently, communicate effectively, and demonstrate attention to detail and visual skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour.
