About The Position

The Machine Operator operates and maintains production machinery, performs material quality checks, and helps manufacture and assemble products to company standards and timelines. Schedules of 10 or 12 hours are available; team members who choose 12-hour shifts receive an additional $2.00 per hour premium.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other machinery to meet production needs.
- Perform material quality checks to verify width and length specifications, making specialized modifications as needed.
- Assist in assembling and manufacturing high-quality products in accordance with company standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with the team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
