About The Position

Redline is seeking a motivated Machine Operator for their 2nd shift. This role involves operating rotational molding machines, monitoring part quality, and contributing to a positive and energetic team environment. Able to focus and work at a continuous pace for extended periods of time
15 to 25 lbs. frequent lifting
20 to 40 lbs. occasional lifting
Manual dexterity is required to perform normal day to day functions
Must always demonstrate patience to successfully work through frustrating challenges and present oneself in a calm professional manner
Must have the ability to work with and around others
Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment

Nice To Haves

Prior rotational molding experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent GED is preferred

Responsibilities

Operates rotational molding machine to meet or exceed plant metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale/Inventory
Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M. charts
Performs tasks including material filling, deburring, molding, all bench operations, and inspection of product
Safely works at a pace that meets company expectations
Accepts and receives frequent supervision and assistance regarding machine set-up
