About The Position

Redline is seeking a motivated Machine Operator for their 2nd shift. This role involves operating rotational molding machines, monitoring part quality, and contributing to a positive and energetic team environment.   • 15 to 25 lbs. frequent lifting
  • 20 to 40 lbs. occasional lifting
  • Manual dexterity is required to perform normal day to day functions
  • Must always demonstrate patience to successfully work through frustrating challenges and present oneself in a calm professional manner
  • Must have the ability to work with and around others
  • Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior rotational molding experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operates rotational molding machine to meet or exceed plant metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale/Inventory
  • Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
  • Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M. charts
  • Performs tasks including material filling, deburring, molding, all bench operations, and inspection of product
  • Safely works at a pace that meets company expectations
  • Accepts and receives frequent supervision and assistance regarding machine set-up
