About The Position
The Machine Operator operates manufacturing machinery to produce components according to specification, monitors production lines to ensure output meets quality and safety standards, performs routine maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting, and records production data while promptly reporting equipment faults. The role is on-site in Sheffield and follows a 39-hour weekly schedule. In the first months, the operator is expected to take on the daily operation of assigned machinery and integrate into the Sheffield manufacturing team.
Requirements
- Experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures closely.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sheffield on a 39-hour weekly schedule.
