About The Position
The Baillie Group is hiring a full-time Machine Operator for its Leitchfield, Kentucky facility. This second-shift role is with a hardwood flooring manufacturer. The operator keeps production lines operating acceptably while monitoring the output and operation of assigned machines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a machine operator.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Willingness to work in an outside environment.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of machine-operator experience within the last two years is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Operate various machine centers in the plant.
- Regularly perform quality checks on finished products.
- Work independently.
- Work efficiently and safely while maintaining a high level of precision.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
