About The Position
The Machine Operator – Rubber Molding supports production of industrial rubber components in a manufacturing environment. The role operates molding equipment, inspects finished products, and maintains quality and safety standards. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Requirements
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and identify product defects.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable attendance and availability for the scheduled overnight shift.

- Rubber molding experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate rubber molding machinery to produce quality parts.
- Load materials and remove finished molded products.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform basic trimming and finishing as needed.
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
