About The Position

This role involves operating packing machines to produce bagged snacks, ensuring accurate weights, seal integrity, and proper seasoning. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to machine operation and maintenance. The daily mission includes preparing machines for production, making adjustments for different products, monitoring seasoning flow, inspecting and packing bags, assembling boxes, labeling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment according to GMP, safety, and food quality standards.

Requirements

Experience in manufacturing or machine operation, or ability to learn quickly.
Comfortable lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Ability to solve small problems quickly and keep production moving.
Team player with good communication skills.
Attention to detail, noticing issues like seasoning accuracy or missing digits.
Ability to remain organized under pressure.
Interpret machine behavior and make necessary adjustments.

Responsibilities

Operate packing machines, ensuring accurate weights, seal integrity, and correct seasoning levels.
Prepare machines before the shift starts and fine-tune them for different product runs.
Switch out rolls of film, adjust formers, and make quick adjustments to maintain smooth production.
Set and monitor seasoning flow to ensure consistent flavor.
Manually check, inspect, and hand-pack bags to maintain quality.
Assemble boxes, apply labels, and pack cases according to customer specifications.
Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean production area.
Follow all GMP, safety protocols, and food quality standards.
