Responsibilities
- Operate seasoning equipment from the mezzanine and keep production on point
- Handle partial cases of salt and seasoning
- Prepare machines for production and adjust flavor levels
- Monitor quality, consistency, and food safety
- Provide breaks to teammates, stay synchronized with shift leads, and maintain strong communication
- Identify potential issues with equipment early and assist in maintaining smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
