The role operates multiple balers to bale metals and uses equipment to assist with loading, unloading, grading, inspecting, buying, and transporting materials. Operators are expected to work safely, meet production goals, maintain quality, and look for opportunities to learn and improve. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. PADNOS describes itself as a full-service recycling company serving consumer and industrial clients throughout the United States and as a family business operating for four generations.
