About The Position

Machine Operators are sought to join a precision grinding company in Santa Fe Springs. The role involves setting up and operating production equipment, handling materials, and checking that manufactured parts meet required specifications. Operators work primarily with sheet metal and precision components and use manual and automated industrial machines.

The position offers first, second, and third shifts, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required depending on production needs. The pay rate is $22 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of industrial warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years of machine operator experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual machine setups, load material, and operate production equipment.
• Use calipers and precision measurement tools to verify part accuracy.
• Work primarily with sheet metal and precision components.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Operate an overhead crane or hoist for material handling.
• Operate punch presses, drill presses, and manual and automated industrial grinding machines.
