About The Position

The Machine Operator position is a 12-month contract role at a Medical Device Company in Moncks Corner, SC. The role involves flexibility to move between various operator positions based on business needs. The shift is Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM, with a total of 40 hours per week. This is an entry-level, contract on W2 position, requiring US Citizens or GC Holders only. The pay range is $16-$20/hr.

Requirements

Ability to use hand tools (ex. hand grips, stamping tools).
Ability to use visual aids for inspection.
Ability to use approved cleaning chemicals.
Ability to lift at least 15 lbs. (some positions may require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.).
Able to sit and/or stand for at least 6 hours of shift.
Ability to read and comprehend written documents in English language.
Ability to write and speak English to convey safety and quality opportunities.

Shift hours to include a 12-hour range of availability and flexibility in time changes and ask for availability between the times listed.

Responsibilities

Operate semi-automated machine and/or pneumatic equipment.
Use tape dispenser.
Conduct manual inspection of catheters.
Apply on-the-job training to tasks.
Report to work on time and work the duration of the shift.
Communicate using verbal and non-verbal means to build and sustain positive work relationships.
Willingness and ability to work and learn more than one job role.
