Driver - Mon–Thur 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About The Position
The Driver collects customer information regardless of media type and operates company vehicles with care and discretion, following federal and state transportation laws and related company policies. The role involves driving vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs and working with customers to fulfill service requests. The driver is expected to report on time, meet department productivity and quality standards, and follow direction. During inclement weather, the driver must report two hours before the regular start time to allow for delays and, if needed, installation of tire chains. Other duties may be assigned, and the responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice. The role reports to the Director of Operations (“DOO”) or a management designee. The scheduled hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The driver must be available for overtime and around-the-clock work, including holidays.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must pass an MVR check and background check.
- Must be able to pass random drug screens.
- Must carry a cell phone to remain in constant communication with the Records Center.
- Strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Must be able to work overtime and be available around the clock, including holidays.
- Strong directional awareness and navigational skills.
- Commercial Driver’s License, if applicable.
- Must tolerate heat in summer and cold in winter.
- Regularly stand and walk; occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Ability to reach, handle, carry, and lift items weighing 10 to 50 pounds.
- Regularly talk, hear, read, and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material.
