About The Position

The Machine Operator – Mail Inserter operates high-speed automated inserters to process customer mail files. The role is located in Plano, Texas, and is scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Pay is listed as $17.50–$19 per hour based on experience, with a later estimated range of $17–$19 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on factors including location, experience, and performance. The position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive based on business need.

The operator loads materials, adjusts machine settings, troubleshoots issues, and performs routine machine maintenance and cleaning. They follow safety procedures, meet client requirements and mail presort specifications, coordinate with internal teams, move pallets using a manual pallet jack, and inspect output for errors. The role requires standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 40 pounds, and overtime as business requires. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse knowledge and inventory management experience are a plus.

Responsibilities
