About The Position

The Machine Operator – Mail Inserter operates high-speed automated inserters to process customer mail files. The role involves loading materials, adjusting machine settings, troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance and cleaning, and following safety procedures. The operator completes jobs according to client requirements and mail presort specifications, checks output for errors, and coordinates with internal teams. The position is based in Plano, Texas, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Overtime may be required as business needs dictate. The ideal candidate has experience in a mailroom, post office, transactional print, or fulfillment environment. Knowledge of commercial print-insert or direct mailer operations is highly preferred; warehouse knowledge and inventory management experience are also a plus. The role requires moving pallets with a manual pallet jack, lifting up to 40 pounds, and standing for most of the shift. Requirements
