Machine Operator - Mail Inserter
About The Position
Conduent is hiring a Machine Operator – Mail Inserter in Plano, Texas. The operator processes customer mail files using high-speed automated inserters, ensuring each job meets client requirements and mail presort specifications. The role involves loading materials, adjusting machine settings, troubleshooting, routine machine maintenance and cleaning, and checking output for quality. The operator also moves pallets with a manual pallet jack and coordinates with internal teams. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with overtime as business requires. The position is full-time and pays $17.50–$19 per hour, based on experience; compensation may vary according to factors such as location, experience, and performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Able to stand for most of the shift.
- Able to work overtime as business requires.
- Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

- Warehouse knowledge and inventory management experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed automated inserters to process customer mail files.

- Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning.

- Complete each job according to client requirements and mail presort specifications.
