Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand. Machine Operators (Nightshift) must be able to operate machines, read and understand production schedules, operate a forklift, & band loads. Must perform all TPM requirements as defined. Use 6S principles to organize work area and perform quality checks as required to meet Critical to Quality elements. Employee is required to wear any applicable personal protective equipment, work at a productive rate, maintain quality, and perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers
  • Ability to use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Work overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment
