About The Position

The Machine Operator performs various tasks, including operating, filling, packing, and monitoring machine production while ensuring products meet production quality standards. The role is part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires reliable attendance and attention to detail to keep production on track and the team safe and efficient. The position is located at LITTLE TREES in Watertown, NY. Hours are 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Pay is $21.25 per hour, increasing to $22.75 within six months; the rate includes a $3 per hour shift differential.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 45 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to stand for shifts lasting more than 10 hours.
• Must have reliable transportation to Watertown, NY.
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance in accordance with production demand.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to accurately operate machinery and meet production and quality requirements.
• Must be able to follow standard operating procedures and work effectively in a team environment.
