About The Position

Clemens Food Group is hiring a Machine Operator V – Injector to support Bacon Production Control and Skilled Labor. The role involves safely operating, setting up, maintaining, and monitoring production machinery to support efficient, continuous production and meet product quality, yield, and safety standards. The operator will complete production records, collaborate with team members, and help achieve daily production goals in a fast-paced environment. The position is on the first shift, scheduled from 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and enter data in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Lockout/Tagout certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to maintain consistent output.
• Perform routine maintenance, including blade changes, setup, cleaning, and equipment takedown.
• Monitor and adjust machines to meet product specifications, maximize quality, and improve yield.
• Complete accurate production records, including weight sheets, label verifications, run times, and man-hour logs.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout and other safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with directing workflow and collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications, profitability, and machinery operations.
