About The Position

This is a full-time Machine Operator II position in a food manufacturing environment, with opportunities for advancement. The starting pay is $19.75 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift differential for hours worked from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The listed second-shift hours are 2 p.m. to 12 a.m.

The operator sets up and pre-runs equipment for production start-up; controls line speeds and batch formula production rates; starts and stops equipment; and helps ensure product quality and safety. The role also includes performing quality checks and completing required paperwork, such as downtime and HACCP records, using SAP SOPs and safety operating procedures as appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, and other activities as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete and work in cold and/or hot temperatures.
• Availability for overtime or weekends based on plant scheduling needs.
