About The Position

Responsibilities

• Operate converting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and perform quality inspections.
• Record production information and complete required documentation.
• Package, label, and palletize finished goods.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
• Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
