About The Position

This is a full-time Machine Operator I position in a food manufacturing environment, with opportunities for advancement. The starting pay is $18.75 per hour, with an additional $2.00 shift differential for work between 3 p.m. and 6 a.m. The schedule is 2nd shift, D Crew, working every other Wednesday through Saturday, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The position supports production of food products and brands including Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta®, Mrs. Smith's®, Edwards®, bibigo®, and Pagoda®.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing physical labor in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and alternative shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, equipment startup and shutdown, and overall product appearance and safety.
• Complete quality checks.
• Complete required paperwork, such as downtime and HACCP documentation, using SAP, SOPs, and applicable safety and training procedures.
