This position operates simple manufacturing equipment and requires machining/mechanical aptitude. The role involves learning new responsibilities and tasks as needed, identifying and accurately recording scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents. Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards is essential. The role also includes performing and assisting with in-process quality checks, communicating effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and incoming/outgoing shifts, and identifying and reporting safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors. Attendance and participation in daily team meetings are required, along with meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
