This Assembler I position, operating on a 2nd shift from Monday to Friday (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) with overtime as needed, involves assembling various components including sub-assemblies, manual, and electrical parts to complete products. The role requires preparing and processing electrical and mechanical components, adhering to process work instructions and test procedures, and meticulously monitoring and recording documentation to ensure quality standards are met. The individual will be responsible for following production build rates and schedules, meeting required cycle times, and interacting with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices. The position utilizes a range of tools such as manual and power hand tools, pneumatic tools, test equipment, presses, and measuring/cutting devices. Key responsibilities also include performing set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and ensuring the quality of their own work and work area, as well as meeting all scheduled work and overtime requirements, including weekends.
