About The Position

Under general supervision, the Distribution Associate is responsible for performing the physical and/or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. This role also involves maintaining a computerized inventory system and reconciling discrepancies as required.

Responsibilities

Proficiently operate a variety of material handling equipment which may include, but not limited to: forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
Pick orders using required product code, lot number, and quantity/UoM; applies to picking both freight and commerce orders
Accurately verify pallets picked by other associates using point desk computers
Change rolls of wrap (up to 60lbs) on automated wrapper
Load/unload pallets and trailers
Work with accurate and efficient storage of pallets, maintaining safety
Fill orders in our ecommerce area based on product code, lot number, and quantity/unit of measure
Perform cycle counts
Conduct fact finding and problem solving as required
Assist with miscellaneous duties and projects as directed
Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area
