About The Position

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring full-time Machine Operator Assistants to support its production team in Clintonville, Wisconsin. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided in a clean, safety-first environment. The role assists in producing printed napkins and includes preparing materials and packaging supplies, checking product quality, clearing jams, cleaning machines, helping with printing-deck cleaning and roll changes, and maintaining an orderly workspace. Employees follow safety and food-safety procedures, report issues to operators or maintenance, and participate in training and equipment care.

The position is on a rotating day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on a 2-2-3 schedule. The schedule provides every other weekend off and 14 workdays per month. Pay is $19.00 per hour. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during a 12-hour shift.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in producing printed napkins.
• Load materials and prepare packaging supplies.
• Check product quality and accuracy, including UPC codes and labels.

• Follow all safety and food-safety procedures, including GMP/SQF procedures.
