About The Position
The Machine Operator Apprentice is an entry-level manufacturing position designed for individuals who are interested in developing technical skills in a production environment. This role works alongside experienced operators to learn how to safely operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment while producing quality parts and products. No prior machine operating experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, eager to learn, and motivated to build a career in manufacturing. Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to read a tape measure

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machinery under close supervision, following standard work instructions and safety procedures.
- Perform basic machine tasks such as loading/unloading materials and initiating cycles.
- Training will be provided on: How to set up and run a production machine from prints, sketches, and work instructions, Reading calibrated measuring tools (caliper, tape measure)
