About The Position

Molded Dimensions Group (MDG) is seeking Machine Casters for its 1st and 2nd shifts. MDG manufactures a wide range of specialty products in the custom polyurethane marketplace, serving industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, government, and mining. This role involves operating a molding machine to produce urethane molded parts, with a 10-hour shift schedule running Monday through Thursday. The company offers on-the-spot interviews and is willing to train individuals with a positive attitude and dedication, even with limited experience.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, process sheets, policies and procedures, and safety rules.
Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
Working knowledge of shop mathematics.
Ability to accurately use measurement tools and equipment.
Self-motivated problem solver.
Excellent attendance record.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a related industry.
Previous machine operation experience.

Responsibilities

Setting up and operating a molding machine to produce urethane molded parts.
General setup, prepping, pouring, demolding, and trimming parts based on customer work specifications.
