M365 Support Engineer

TEKsystems•Boston, MA
•$40 - $55•Remote

About The Position

TEKsystems is hiring two M365 Support Engineers for long-term contract positions through 2027, with potential for hire. The role focuses on platform-level Microsoft 365 support in a large, multi-tenant environment, rather than troubleshooting users’ computers or mobile devices. The team handles major issues and escalated tickets referred by the service desk, especially those involving Exchange Online and SharePoint, followed by Teams, Power Apps, and Power Platform. The role also includes PowerShell-based operational tasks and participation in an on-call rotation for major incidents. On-call duty occurs every other week; work is capped at 40 hours per week, with time off during the week to offset any night or weekend work. Approximately 98% of work is expected to take place during core business hours. The position is fully remote and based out of Boston, Massachusetts. The employer anticipates an ASAP start.
