About The Position
Phippen 6/7 is a 32 Bed Ortho/Neuro Med/Surg Unit. This is a private unit admitting all other medical overflows. The patient population includes scheduled elective Orthopedic and Neuro/Surg patients, Fractures, Neuro patients and all other medical patients overflow. The EMR system used is EPIC. Travelers are required to float to applicable units when requested. Day Rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a) shifts when needed. Night positions do not rotate.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RN License
- AHA BLS
- Minimum of 2 years working in one location
- Minimum of 2 years working as a Traveler
- Med/Surg RN with neuro assessment skills
- Telemetry competency
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred
