About The Position

The M.E.P. Coordinator leads delivery support for commercial construction projects by coordinating the planning, commissioning, and closeout of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems. The role helps ensure building systems operate as intended by managing compliance requirements, supporting building automation integration, and overseeing testing, startup, and closeout activities across fast-paced project environments. Team members are expected to focus on accuracy, system performance, safety, problem-solving, and quality results throughout construction and commissioning.
