About The Position

The Team Manager provides leadership for multidisciplinary teams overseeing Technical Services (TS), retro-commissioning (RCx), and new building commissioning (Cx) scopes within Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) programs. The role is accountable for technical excellence, operational performance, and client satisfaction across the project lifecycle, from early planning and design review through implementation, performance verification, and ongoing optimization. Projects typically span complex, multi-building and multi-campus portfolios in higher education and healthcare. Commissioning often supports complex mechanical and controls upgrades, while retro-commissioning involves substantial mechanical infrastructure and advanced, integrated control strategies requiring significant technical and operational coordination. The Team Manager oversees project execution to meet budget, schedule, and quality objectives, collaborating with executive leadership, engineering teams, construction management, and trade partners. The position also builds, develops, and leads high-performing teams, establishes best practices, and promotes consistency and scalability in project delivery.
