  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise issue escalation and recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and comfort analyzing customer and operational data.
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Customer Care, Service, Finance, IT, or related functions.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical problem solving, ownership, and willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to travel as acquisition needs require.

Nice To Haves

  • M&A exposure.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Monday.com, or similar project or reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain acquisition plans, milestones, diligence logs, risk registers, and Day 1 readiness checklists for assigned transactions.
  • Coordinate seller information requests, customer and contract data validation, flat-file readiness, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Identify material customer concentration, contract, equipment, service, and data risks early; communicate recommended actions and owners.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, seller-assisted introductions, and targeted engagement for strategic and at-risk accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Care, Sales, Service, Product, Finance, IT, and Data Integration to support continuity of billing, service, and customer relationships.
  • Monitor customer contact, First Touch, onboarding completion, NPS, churn indicators, and revenue risks; escalate exceptions promptly.
  • Support differentiated customer strategies based on recurring revenue, concentration, equipment profile, and retention risk.
  • Document functional owners, commitments, deadlines, and acceptance criteria, and follow through until handoffs are verified.
  • Coordinate post-close seller obligations, open integration items, and applicable holdback or purchase-price adjustment support.
  • Provide concise status reporting that distinguishes critical value-at-risk issues from routine task completion.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to reusable integration playbooks, customer use cases, and process standards.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify recurring work through reporting, automation, and appropriate AI-enabled tools.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and functional partners to strengthen project management, analysis, and stakeholder influence skills.
