About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a Lymphedema Physical Therapist for its outpatient specialty clinic in Nashville, Tennessee. The clinic provides specialized rehabilitation for individuals with neurological conditions, complex medical diagnoses, and lymphedema. Care is one-on-one, patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based. The therapist will develop and deliver individualized treatment and education to improve patients’ quality of life. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN scheduling options, with competitive compensation and opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and professional growth. Full-time hires may be eligible for sign-on bonus options. Upstream’s central support teams handle administrative work so clinicians can focus on patients and their teams.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.

Nice To Haves

Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification is preferred.
Lymphedema training or experience in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, and patient education will also be considered.
