About The Position

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for residents’ nursing needs while incorporating HumanGood’s Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. The nurse helps maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in residents’ daily rhythms. The role also includes coordinating assignments with care partners and holding team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

This is a full-time position on a 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. shift, following a rotating schedule of four days on and two days off. The employee must be available to work varying days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $29.75–$34.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of application, or obtain it within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification.
• Availability to work varying days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or sub-acute care.
