About The Position

Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPNs) are responsible for residents’ nursing needs while incorporating HumanGood’s “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” The role helps ensure a safe and healthy environment where residents, staff, and visitors can participate in residents’ daily life rhythm. The nurse helps develop assignments in coordination with care partners and holds team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

This is a full-time position working a rotating schedule of four days on and two days off, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The employee must be available to work varying days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $29.75–$34.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state for which applying, or obtain it within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification.
• Availability to work varying days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or sub-acute care.
