About The Position
Jaguar Land Rover at West Columbia is seeking an experienced Luxury Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. Jim Coleman Automotive, a third-generation, family-owned automotive group with over 70 years of service, offers a supportive team environment, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. They are looking for a proven Service Advisor with high-line/luxury automotive dealership experience who understands the communication, professionalism, and personalized service that luxury clients expect. Jaguar Land Rover experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in a high-line/luxury automotive dealership required
- Proven success in customer satisfaction and service sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, polished, and customer-focused
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Tech-savvy and able to learn dealership and manufacturer systems
- Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Nice To Haves
- Jaguar Land Rover experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional, personalized service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service and repair needs
- Prepare and manage repair orders from write-up through completion
- Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance recommendations
- Clearly explain recommended services, pricing, and repair timelines
- Provide timely updates throughout the service process
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations confidently and professionally
- Coordinate appointments, vehicle drop-off, and pick-up
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain excellent CSI
- Work closely with technicians, parts, and service management to ensure an efficient workflow
