Ted Britt Lincoln in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Highline/Luxury Automotive Service Advisor to join their top-performing Lincoln service department. Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Luxury/Highline dealership experience preferred (Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Audi, Cadillac, Acura, Infiniti, Volvo, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium ownership experience for every Lincoln client.
• Build lasting relationships through trust, communication, and professionalism.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate repairs efficiently with technicians and management.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales, CSI, and performance goals.
