About The Position
Gurley Leep Motorwerks is seeking a motivated Luxury Sales Specialist to join its growing team. In a no-haggle sales environment, the specialist helps customers find the right vehicle and delivers a premium, personalized experience. The role involves building customer relationships, guiding customers through the purchase process, and following up after the sale to foster loyal, long-term customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of automotive sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable, clean driving record.
