About The Position

Gurley Leep Hyundai-Subaru is seeking a Parts Counter team member to support its parts team. This role locates vehicle accessories and parts, arranges for installation, monitors inventory, maintains the storage area, and keeps current on vehicles, accessories, and promotions. The position also involves maintaining sales documentation, preparing reports, and making parts deliveries and pick-ups in a company vehicle when needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
• Team-oriented approach and focus on exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Locate accessories or parts and arrange for installation.
• Monitor parts inventory and maintain the storage area in good condition.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Provide timely and accurate reports as required.
• Deliver and pick up parts in a company vehicle when needed.
