Requirements

Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn
Eligible to work full-time in Canada
Previous sales and/or customer service experience
Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and dealership software (training provided)
Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s licence
Demonstrated alignment with Crown Auto Group’s CARMA values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship-focused, Motivated, Positive Attitude

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and delivery process
Complete all required training programs and maintain product knowledge
Build, develop, and maintain a customer database
Stay current on automotive technologies, accessories, and industry programs
Present vehicle features and benefits, including coordinating test drives
Coordinate and facilitate vehicle deliveries to ensure a premium handover experience
Achieve monthly sales objectives and performance targets
