About The Position

The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise at Jared. The role is responsible for delivering a confident, emotional, and expertly guided customer experience for one of life’s most meaningful purchases. The manager leads Bridal category performance, visual merchandising, team coaching, customer experience, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead total Bridal category performance, including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as an expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Drive consistent Bridal presentations across all team members.
• Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution, ensuring displays support romance, emotion, and customer confidence and align with key moments, launches, and selling priorities.
• Observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member each month, providing real-time feedback on diamond education, confidence, emotional storytelling, payment options, and closing.
• Help customers express their individuality, feel understood through guided experiences, and celebrate meaningful moments with confidence.
• Improve key performance indicators, including conversion, appointment culture, and follow-up behaviors.
• Lead by example through personal performance and reinforce consistent Bridal presentations.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.
